Water Resistant
Rain, dew, humidity.
No problem.
With a hydrostatic head of 19 000 mm, the FlyVoyager Cover sheds water as though it were never there. Your windshield will be spotless and dry when you're ready to fly.

UV Resistant
Shield your windshield
from the sun.
UV radiation silently degrades aircraft plastics, seals, and cockpit instruments. The FlyVoyager Cover shields your windshield and the instruments behind it from direct sun exposure — reducing heat build-up and slowing UV damage. The fabric itself holds its structural integrity and colour after prolonged exposure, so the protection doesn't wear off over time.

The Material
Unique Fabric
Carefully Selected.
Not all fabrics are equal. We selected a medium-weight ripstop polyester specifically for its balance of toughness, weather resistance, and packability — the same class of material used in serious outdoor and protective gear.
Tear-Resistant Weave
The grid-reinforced structure stops any tear from spreading — keeping the cover intact even after years of ramp use and rough handling.
Waterproof Coating
A polyurethane coating applied to the fabric surface locks out rain, morning dew, and humidity before they ever reach your windshield.
UV Stable
The fabric holds its strength and colour after prolonged sun exposure — no fading, no degradation, no compromised protection over time.
Lightweight & Flexible
Medium-weight by design — strong enough for demanding use, light enough to fold down small and carry without noticing it in your bag.
Abrasion Resistant
Repeated sliding, strapping, and storage won't wear the fabric down. It's built to handle the cycle of daily flying without showing it.

How It Works
From first contact
to your aircraft.
Every cover is made to order. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you reach out to the moment it lands on your windshield.
Step 1
Initial Discussion
We start with a conversation about your aircraft model, the dimensions you need, and any customization — colour, lettering, or special requirements. No surprises down the line.
Step 2
Payment
Once the spec is agreed, payment is collected before production begins. Fabric is sourced specifically for your order — we don't hold stock, so every cover is made fresh from the right materials.
Step 3
Your Measurements
You measure the positions of antennas, vents, and any features to work around or leave uncovered. A simple guide is provided — no technical skills required.
Step 4
Manufacturing
Your cover is cut and assembled by hand in Belgium, using the exact measurements and customization options you provided.
Step 5
Quality Check
Every cover goes through a thorough inspection before it leaves the workshop — dimensions, stitching, coatings, and lettering all verified.
Step 6
Delivery
Your cover and transport bag are packed and shipped directly to you, ready to go on the aircraft. From the start of manufacturing to shipping, expect 2 to 4 weeks.
Step 7
Your Feedback
Once you've travelled with it, we want to hear from you. Your experience helps us keep improving every future cover.
